About Us

Robert Dicken started Full Focus, Inc. as a successor of his previous lightingdesign company, Digital4U2. Early in his career, Robert worked with some of country music’s greatest legends including Loretta Lynn, Conway Twitty, and Willy Nelson. Building his client base into the touring side of entertainment lighting, Robert toured the US, Canada, and Mexico with various artists and eventually took on the role of tour manager for several Christian-based national tours.

With an increasing love for the art of designing lights, he created a lighting design firm known as Digital4U2, and then received a contract in a “Road House” type venue that held artists such as the New York Rockettes, Miss USA Pageant, Styx, Lorrie Morgan, Jars of Clay, and others. The company grew with the demands of new clients extending overseas to Europe and even into Romania as an architectural consultant for several cathedral styled worship facilities. Corporate events in Spain and the newly-built cruise ships in Finland and Germany have been the most recent overseas projects that Robert and his team have been working on.

Recently relocating his company to the Little Rock, Arkansas area to be with his wife and family, Robert re-branded his company to Full Focus Inc. and now provides a full line of production services and products. Full Focus Inc. brings the experience of global travels and clients to Arkansas and abroad with the esteem of a well-known, professional business.

As a lighting designer, Robert continues to follow his passion by working on projects such as theatres, cruise ships, night clubs, live concerts, and architectural lighting ventures. Full Focus Inc. provides total production services to the state of Arkansas as well as long-term clients worldwide.
